In my last post I reminded Lady GaGa's Halloween Hair style 2009. Now in this post I remind Alluring Redheads Halloween Style by Model Phoebe Price. Phoebe was born in Alabama and as a young child had a passion for modeling and acting. At the age of 19 she bought her first corporations which were in fashion and entertainment. She later became an international actress and model in Capetown, S.A Athens, Greece and Milan, Italy. She is also a designer of Hats and Headbands found in leading boutiques in Beverly Hills and California.

This Hairstyling Tip in three steps:
Step 1: Spritz a two-inch section of dry hair with styling spray. Start about five inches away from scalp and wrap the section around a large curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set curl, release and repeat, alternating directions until all hair is wavy.
Step 2: Run fingers through your hair to break up sections.
Step 3: Sweep length back and to one side. Twist a few times against the back of your neck and pin into place. Bring all hair over one shoulder and mist with shine spray for luster and hairspray for soft hold.
